Dear Families,
Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year! Be assured that I will do my best to make this school year an enjoyable time for your child, but also a time filled with real learning. The skills we practice daily in KINDERGARTEN are the building blocks for your child's future success in school and in life!
I would like to take this time to introduce myself. My name is Angie Hendrickson. I am beginning my 23rd year as an elementary teacher. This will be my sixteenth year at Howard- Suamico School District. I graduated from Saint Norbert College with a degree in Elementary Education. I received my Master of Arts in Education from Lesley University.
My husband and I are from this area and we feel fortunate to have our children attend school in this district. We have three children. This year my son, Raymond, will be turning sixteen and starting tenth grade at Bay Port. My daughter, Rylee Grace, will be turning fifteen and starting ninth grade at Bay Port. We also have a sweet (most of the time) daughter, Sonja. She just turned five years old this past summer!
Feel free to call me at home, school, or stop in the classroom. I want you to feel comfortable approaching me and I want you to know you are always welcome in our school. Above all, I want your child to feel safe and loved in my classroom. I am blessed to be working with your child; I know we will all have a successful school year!
